Addison Delaney
Class of 2026
Attending Shenandoah University
Addison supported the Adaptive PE program at PHS and organized an adaptive basketball clinic open to all Powhatan Medford league basketball players. She holds a extensive list of academic honors and community volunteer support activities. Addison is planning to continue her basketball career and pursue a degree in special education at Shenandoah University. -

Marnie Garland
Class of 2026
Attending James Madison University
Marnie supported the Adaptive PE program at PHS. She holds an extensive list of academic honors including the Golden Spear in Early Childhood Education. She is also very active in community service support activities. Marnie is a graduating student of a special education teacher and planning to pursue a degree in special education -

Mazie Harmon
Class of 2026
Attending Longwood University
Mazie was Carter’s buddy, working with him daily and helping him. She has supported students with special needs during her time attending PHS. Mazie holds many academic honors including the Napkin award for Philanthropic Service and Excellence. Mazie is a graduating student of a special education teacher. -

Rebecca Walter
Class of 2026
Attending Longwood University
Rebecca is part of multiple honor societies and active in community service. She has supported Special Olympics, Animal Shelter Yard work, and Color a Cure Run during her years at PHS. Rebecca is planning to pursue a degree in special education at Longwood University. -

Valentina Shultz
Class of 2026
Attending Brightpoint Community College awaiting a spot at Virginia Tech
Valentina has an extensive list of community service and academic honors including supporting Special Olympics and participating in multiple honor societies. She has been has been engaged with supporting special needs throughout her high school years. Valentina is planning to pursue a degree in special education.
